Products sold by Block A Chip, LLC are guaranteed against defect, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping. We deliver only the highest quality products, and our standards are set to satisfy every customer. In the unlikely event that you believe your shipment isn't satisfactory, please read the Returns & Replacement Policy for instructions.
FREE Ground Shipping on all wall decor orders - limited time offer is good through 2/15/09. Hawaii and Alaska Orders are shipped by air and an additional shipping charge will apply.
Paint Protection Kits: Due to the large number of designs, every kit is manufactured upon order. Kits usually ship within 48 hours and are shipped using regular ground service.
Bicycle Paint Protection Kits: Ship within 48 hours, Priority Service.
Wall Decor Products: Products in stock usually ship within 3-5 days. Custom products often take 7-10 additional days. Products are shipped throgh regular ground service.
Returns & Replacement Policy:
Automotive Paint Protection Kits: All paint protection kits are manufacturing specifically for each order. Because of this "made to order" fulfillment process, there are no returns on non-defective kits. You can exchange the kit only for identical item.
Bicycle Paint Protection Products: All returned items must be in like-new condition and must be returned within 14 days of receiving. No returns on partial or incomplete kits and orders. To process a return, please call 216-287-2575 to request a return authorization number. This number should be clearly printed on the outside of the returned package. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of return of the product.
Wall Decor products: Are not returnable unless they are defective.
Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap securely, and send to the address below:

For your protection, please use UPS, Federal Express, Airborne or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. If you have any questions, please call customer service at (216) 287-2575.
All Credit Card transactions are processed and verified through PayPal. All major credit cards accepted including American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. There is no surcharge for the use of credit card and your card will be billed once the order is processed. (Block A Chip, LLC will appear on your billing statement under merchant's name) Be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number your credit card has on file (where you receive your monthly credit card statements). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing of your order. Sorry, no P.O. Box orders.
Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Company Check and Personal Checks are also accepted as means of payment. Orders should be sent along with a printout of your order.
For Cashier Check and Money Order payments, orders will be shipped immediately on receipt of the payment. For company and personal checks, orders will ship only after funds are released from your financial institution. This may take up to 7 business days. $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
Sales Tax Information:
As required by law, applicable sales tax will be charged on all order to be delivered in the State of Ohio.
Currently we do not accept international orders on paint protection products.
